Store projects, prepare together, manage the team and licences – in the browser, on a laptop and on the phone. The performance still runs offline in your venue.
What the online services offer
Projects
The venue’s projects in folders, as in a file browser. Members see the projects in which they have a role.
Online editor
Edit titles in the browser with the program’s own interface, together as a team. Add outputs and look at them in the preview.
Quick view
Read titles and write notes – on the phone as one card per title. Editing happens in the online editor.
Team
Invite people, give them a role in the venue and a role in the project. Every person in the team uses one of the venue’s user licences.
Computer licences and requests
User licences and computer licences at a glance. Ask for more licences, an extension or send a message as a request and follow its status.
Demo projects
Example projects we share with your venue – to look at in the online editor, and, if agreed, to copy.
Usable everywhere
- On your mobile: the main areas at the bottom, large buttons, the quick view as one card per title.
- Search: top right (Ctrl+K) – finds projects, people in the team and requests.
- Sign-in: by invitation only, with a password and – recommended – a code by email.
