This policy applies to this website: the LaternaVersio website (www.laternaversio.de) with all its pages. We process as little personal data as possible.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, which operates it on our behalf (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR).

Each time a page or file is requested, the server automatically stores information sent by your browser in log files:

• IP address,
• date and time of the request,
• the page or file requested,
• browser and operating system (user agent),
• the page visited before (referrer), if your browser sends it.

Where this website or part of it can only be reached with access credentials (the server’s directory protection), your browser sends your user name and your password when you sign in; the server checks them and also records the user name in the logs.

The purpose is to operate the website and keep it secure, for example to deliver the pages, to find errors and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in secure and stable operation. The logs are kept only as long as necessary for these purposes; IONOS then deletes them automatically. We do not combine the logs with other data.

3. No cookies, no tracking, no input, no third-party content

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and embeds no content, fonts or scripts from other providers. All fonts and images are stored on this server. Links to other websites (such as www.thiloheins.de or ndi.video) are followed only when you click them; the privacy notices of the respective provider apply there.

This website has no contact form and no input field. You contact us by email or phone only; the page ‘Online services’ under ‘en/account/’ is a notice without sign-in.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email (for example to info@laternaversio.de) or phone, we process your details (such as name, organisation, contact details and the content of your enquiry) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. Emails reach us via our email provider and are stored in our mailbox. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or its preparation is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). Simply use the contact details above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), www.lda.bayern.de.

There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
